Larissa McCauley

Mrs. McCauley holds a B.S. degree from Towson University in Music Education with a credential for K-12 Instrumental and Vocal Music Education and has 13 years of teaching experience.

She worked as an orchestra and general music teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools for 6 years before becoming a stay at home mom to her two energetic sons. She was very involved with curriculum writing, taking students to county and state festivals, and was a guest conductor for the middle school orchestra for the Arlington Air Music Camp in Anne Arundel County.

During the past 7 years, while home, she has maintained a private studio of various instruments including piano, violin, and flute (to name a few).  She has also been an adjudicator for various music festivals in Howard County, MD.

Mrs. McCauley is very active at her home church, Perry Hall Baptist, singing and playing with the praise and worship team as well as the children’s ministry.  She looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm for music and passion for Christ with the students!
