Class times for our Pre-K program are as follows:
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (full day)
Elementary, Middle, and High School
Elementary 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Middle School 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM
High School 8:00 AM – 3:15 PM
Application fee: A non-refundable application fee of $50 is required with each new student application. The application will not be processed without it.
Enrollment fee: Once accepted, a non-refundable enrollment fee of $200 per student is due within 30 days.
This fee is designated for the purchase of materials and supplies used in the instructional program, including High School Course Fees (Art, Drama, Computer and Science lab) and mat usage fees (all day pre-k). The curriculum fee will be charged through a July 5 FACTS payment unless other arrangements are made to pay it prior to Sept 1. Curriculum fees are non-refundable, and all curriculum materials (textbooks, consumable workbooks, etc.) assigned to the student remain the property of the school.
Fees are as follows:
Grades 6–8 $300
Grades 9–12 $375
Tuition may be paid annually, semi-annually, or in monthly installments, in no more than ten months, beginning August 1, 2019. If a student is enrolled after August 1, monthly payments will be based on the number of months remaining between the date of enrollment and May 1.
The tuition payment program is administered through FACTS, a company that processes the automatic withdrawals to a checking or savings account or on a credit card. If the account does not have sufficient funds for the withdrawal, FACTS will charge a $30.00 fee and attempt to withdraw again within a two-week period. Please note the bank will also charge an insufficient funds fee for the transaction.
Middle School and High School Sports Fee
There is a $175 fee per sport for participation in interscholastic sports during the year. This must be paid in full prior to the first game.
Penalties for early withdrawal after May 1 are:
May 1–31 $250 per student
June 1–30 $500 per student
July 1–31 $750 per student
After August 1 $1,000 per student
If there is a move out of the driving range of the school (30-mile radius or more), or if PHCS requires the withdrawal of the student, early withdrawal fees will be waived.
The Financial Aid Program of Perry Hall Christian School is designed for families with qualified students in grades Kindergarten through grade 12. PHCS is offering this program again this year; however, you must have your application submitted to the school office by April 15, 2019.
